Sheldon Stoutt
Chief Executive Officer
Sheldon is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO, Business Development Director and Consultant, with over 35 years programme and project management experience in delivering large-scale IT and business programmes. This ranges from concept creation to budgets, funding, timescales, multi-discipline leadership skills and quality assurance.
Sheldon now helps build sustainable communities, involving education, business, sport, health, emergency services and local and central government.
He specialises in bringing an innovative range of excellent digital, energy and managed pandemic solutions to market using advanced communications technologies and methodologies to serve the communities he cares about.
Sheldon is also the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of 3BM Group and serves on the Court of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists as a Court Assistant and Liveryman, Chairs the Technology Panel and was admitted into the Freedom of The City of London in 2008.
Caroline Williamson

Caroline Williamson is an influential and results driven Senior Programme Manager with a sustained track record of delivering transformational change projects across the full project lifecycle at prestigious organisations. She has worked with prestigious organisations including: United Biscuits, Barclays Bank, Co-operative Bank, Aer Lingus, easyJet, Camelot and various public sector organisations including the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and defence.
Caroline is a Prince 2 Practitioner who leverages strong IT background and comprehensive skills set to deliver major IT and business change solutions that deliver sustainable benefits including cost efficiencies and improved corporate resilience/scalability.

Cllr Paul Bettison OBE
Executive Director
Paul is an experienced entrepreneur and public servant, who has spent ten successful years with US based Rockwell International, before setting up his own successful business during the mid–1980s, after which he turned to local politics. Paul is passionate about technology and its practical application for serving the UK’s citizens.
Paul was awarded the Order of the British Empire in the Queen’s 2016 Birthday Honours List.
Colin Knight
Colin is a successful, pragmatic “hands-on” business leader experienced in developing small and medium sized businesses from concept to delivery.
He has a proven track record of innovative and creative contribution in business strategy, product development and delivery, holding senior appointments in the Computer and Telecommunications market place. He has worked extensively across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America

Andy Rennison
Andy was the driving force behind the creation of 3BM and leads the Strategic Leadership Team and expansion of the 3BM wider group.
Andy has overseen and led a range of services in the public and private sectors, including, buildings, finance, education, school organisation and multi-faceted regeneration projects.
Andy is a Trustee for Queensmill School, a co-educational special school for autistic children in West London and a Board member of the Kinetics Foundation, a registered charity helping young people into employment, through sport, education and training.
Dr. Jon Hall
Jon is an experienced organisational problem solver whose research portfolio is in use at some of the worlds largest organisations, including Siemens, General Dynamics UK, BAE Systems. The United Nations, Greenpeace and The Open University.
He is driving business support projects and national policy strategy groups in Digital Skills from the Open University, where he is a Senior Academic. He is a recognised leader in Digital, IT and Education and writes a regular column on leadership.

A children s charity that exists to enhance the sporting chances of disadvantaged and disabled young people.
The Lord’s Taverners is the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity.
Sheldon Stoutt is an Executive Committee Member of the Hertfordshire Region, reporting directly to the Chairman with specific responsibility for education and chamber of commerce initiatives.
